When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, depending on availability. In some cases, shipments may go out the same day. On rare occasions, unexpected delays may extend this timeline. Most deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days. If longer delivery estimates apply, they’ll be noted on the product page. We work hard to ensure lightning-fast processing and delivery across every order.

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. To request a cancellation, email us right away at support@prosportsvault.com. Once the order is en route, our standard return policy will apply.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there’s any visible damage, be sure to note it when signing. If you suspect damage but cannot confirm it immediately, mark “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item is indeed damaged, email photos to support@prosportsvault.com, and we’ll handle a prompt resolution—either a replacement or appropriate compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment authorization and your shipping details. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you within one business day to offer alternatives or updates.
Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Make sure it’s entered correctly to avoid missing updates. We recommend saving the email for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Maryland. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within Maryland, which means most customers enjoy tax-free shopping.
Can I update my order after placing it?
