Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most shipments arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the time your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Method & Delivery Details
We use trusted third-party freight carriers for most of our deliveries. Large items are delivered using commercial freight trucks (18-wheelers), and curbside delivery appointments are scheduled in advance. Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout so the carrier can contact you to coordinate delivery.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and payment authorization. As soon as your order ships, a follow-up email will provide your tracking number and link so you can follow its progress in real-time.
Need to Update Your Shipping Address?
If you made a mistake or need to adjust your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this period may not be possible once processing begins.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Once the order is dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance.
