Refund & Return Policy

At Pro Sports Vault, your satisfaction matters. We’ve designed our return and refund process to be clear, fair, and hassle-free, so you can shop with total peace of mind.


1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns requested after this window has passed.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you’re returning an item due to personal preference or a change of mind, return shipping is your responsibility.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or not functioning properly, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process either a replacement or full refund—including original shipping—once we’ve received and inspected the item.


4. Changed Your Mind?
No problem! You’re welcome to return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You’ll just need to handle return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product amount (minus any original shipping costs, if applicable).


5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund within 7 business days. Please note: your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to reflect the refund in your account. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t seen the credit, contact us at support@prosportsvault.com.


6. Restocking Fees
Depending on the return circumstances, a restocking fee may apply. We will inform you in advance if this is the case.
